Knuckle Busters

Knuckle Busters is a 10 Page classless, diceless, and statless Micro RPG where checks are determined by a single round of Knucklebones. The player characters all take the role of skeletons embarking on a quest for their necromancer (the GM) in a postmodern Y2K Fantasy world. This game can be played anywhere in physical meat space with ease at a moments notice, but playing it virtually is tedious and requires all players to have a webcam. 

What is Knucklebones? Knucklebones is an old schoolyard game that dates all the way back to the ancient Roman Empire. It involves tossing up one or more small objects into the air with one hand, and then catching them all on the back of the same hand.

What do you need to play? 

- A GM & 2 - 6 Players. 
- 5 Jax or Crazy Bones for each player (although everyone can share a set too).
- An index card & Pencil or Notes app (for the character sheet).
